Engine Cover and Tunnel Insulators
PresGlas® engine cover insulators are one piece semi-rigid foil faced molded fiberglass components that provide effective thermal, acoustical, and ratio frequency shielding benefits to the operator and passengers of van-type vehicles and light trucks. They are molded to conform to the engine cover, and can be installed quickly and easily with mechanical fasteners. They perform well in thermal environments up to 350°F.
Firewall Insulators
PresGlas® firewall insulators are one piece molded components featuring a non-woven fabric facing and the option of a sound barrier septum for maximum Sound Transmission Loss (STC). PresGlas® firewall insulators are designed to provide maximum thermal and acoustical performance in environments up to 350°F.
Engine Compartment Insulators
PresGlas® liners are molded fiberglass insulation components formed to specified shapes, dimensions and densities. They provide operator compartment noise reduction by attenuating both airborne and structural noise generated by the engine and attachments. PresGlas® liners are self-supporting, requiring only standard mechanical fasteners, for quick, easy installation. PresGlas® liners are also available with attractive heat-resistant facings.
